"Boy Meets Girl" Single & Video... a Michelangelo Love Story

Michelangelo was born Adam Michael Gabran Wright from Oakland, California.

Also known as "MIC-G" for short, he has officially been making waves in the

Bay Area music scene since 2003. In 2003, Michelangelo was a part of the seven man group

known as the “Naplam Clique” out of Oakland. After the brief stint, he decided

to hit the stage as a solo artist. Michelangelo was officially born. In 2008, he

released his first hit single “Materialistic” which received local acclaims and radio

play. Michelangelo has performed at numerous shows and venues in Northern and

Southern California throughout 2009 and 2010. Due up is the upcoming release of

"The Ghetto Renaissance Collection" set to be released in 2011 which entails material

from the past, present and future of Michelangelo’s music.

Michelangelo “AKA” Mic-Geesus is proud to release his highly anticipated single and

video “Boy Meets Girl,” from the upcoming mix-tape collection of “The Ghetto Renaissance.”

He has worked with some well known Bay Area up and coming talents such as Do D.A.T.,

Fiona Simone, Isis Genisis, Sandman, and Hotpocket to name a few. The Song “Boy Meets Girl”

takes listeners to a place of authentic curiosity between a male and female, that place where

nothing seems to matter. Often this place is somewhere that most people don’t have the pleasure

of returning to. Produced by [6]Will Bracy, a very talented young producer, he is becoming the

most sought after producer in the Bay Area. Oh, you don't know him? I bet you've heard him

before. Bracy also a vicious emcee, he released a hip hop album in 2008 with his rap partner

I.D. called Step in the Arena. Here, he shows his lyrical prowess, but you only get a glimpse

into where he will eventually go musically. The production on this project showcases Will's

ability now, but you get to see where he's going with “Boy Meets Girl” a realistic view of human
